Christmas at Community Care

Community Care team, for the first time in over 18 years, has had the opportunity to enjoy the Christmas holiday period with their loved ones. Led by the steadfast Ma Penny, the mobile teams have picked up where they left off in 2023, serving over 70 families a month who are in need of their care in their homes. The vision for 2024 is to increase our footprint in the rural catchment by launching a third team as soon as possible. We’re grateful to report that we have reached the halfway point of this financial commitment, but are still in need of finances to cover a portion of the monthly operational costs.
