Our Genesis team is made up of passionate individuals who share the vision of Genesis Hope and that is... to serve.
Spiritual Leadership
Under the spiritual leadership of Trevor Downham, our Genesis Team is a global family of people who serve in various ways, from being employed by Genesis Hope, to our local and international volunteers, along with the individuals and companies that partner with us, through donations of funds, time and skills.
Operations
Operations Director, Jon Downham and Finance Manager, Lynn Brackley, are leading our Care, Education and Social Justice leaders, who, in turn, work together with a team of project leaders and facilitators.
